It does NOT determine whether your specific install, vehicle, or amended return qualifies for a credit — only the IRS does, based on the statutory tests and the documentation you submit. We do not file returns or contact the IRS on your behalf. We do not file Form 1040-X, Form 5695, or Form 8936 for you. We do not interact with IRS systems on your account.
